Dr. David Chandross is based at Ryerson University where he coordinates education and research on learning, engagement and and serious game design. He is currently working with many partners in this area, including the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, Baycrest Health Sciences, George Brown College, Humber College. Simon Fraser University, Age Well and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. He has collaborated in studies on the creation of fully gamified university courses across disciplines and work on the use of serious games in addiction medicine. Current interests include the design of virtual patients, virtual reality integration with deep learning and the neuroscience of engagement.
